To Frank's family and loved ones, I am heartbroken by the loss of Frank. For the past several years, there was hardly a workday that went by without us talking. Frank was incredibly smart, strong-willed, and one of the easiest people to get along with. He was a trusted colleague, a true friend, and someone I deeply respected. My heart aches for all of you, including the fur babies he loved so much. I feel grateful to have known Frank, and I will miss him dearly. With deepest sympathy.
