It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Rodgers Jr., born on the 25th of March 1964, who left us on the 29th of March 2024. An adored father, brother, grandfather, and friend, Robert's life was filled with joy, laughter, and love for his family, which shone through in every facet of his life. Robert was a welder and masonry for many years. Robert leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory. He is survived by his children; daughters Tamrin Rodgers, Cassie Jones, Kendall Jones, and son Robert Rodgers III. His grandchildren, Hailey Rodgers, Brayden Rodgers, Owen Kissinger, Sophia Rodgers, Aleksander Rodgers, and Danica, will carry forward Robert's wisdom and incredible spirit. His sister, Melody Kimes, will always remember the bond they shared, and his Aunt, Kay Myers, who was always there for him throughout the years no matter what. He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick Fletcher and Charlotte Fletcher, and his brother, Walter "Smokey" Doubts. Robert's life was rich and full, marked by his love for spaghetti and meatballs, cheesesteaks, and steak fries done his special way. His favorite music genres, rock and country, filled his home with energy and life. Passionate about crime shows, Robert never missed an episode of NCIS and possessed a lifelong devotion to the Buffalo Bills. Robert was a man who loved being outdoors, taking walks, and enjoying the company of his loved ones. Treasuring his family and friends, he was an epitome of a loving, kind, and caring individual, always making sure everyone around him felt at home. Robert loved his family above all things and was always their ardent supporter and cheerleader. Robert's influence on his family and friends' lives will be evident in the warmth and kindness they continue to spread. His memory will continue to be a beacon for all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed. Celebration of Life Services will be announced at a later date.
